WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE MY LIFE SEEM MORE WORTHWHILE?

Acts 20:24 . . . My life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus-the work of telling others the Good News about God’s wonderful kindness and love.

Paul found that the secret to a life of purpose was to fulfill God’s purpose for his life. When we do the things that please God, we will find meaning and purpose to life.

HOW CAN I DEAL WITH MY FEELINGS OF INFERIORITY?

Genesis 1:26 . . . Then God said, “Let us make people in our image, to be like ourselves. They will be masters over all life-the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the livestock, wild animals, and small animals.”

Everyone faces times when they are not feeling confident; when they feel insignificant. When these times arise remember that God created you in his image. You are not a god, but you have many of the characteristics of God Himself. He created you with a purpose. Criticizing yourself is criticizing the wonderful way in which God has made you.

2 Corinthians 5:15 . . . He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live to please themselves. Instead, they will live to please Christ, who died and was raised for them.

God loves us so much that he sent his son Jesus to die for us. He didn’t die just for the rich or influential but for everyone no matter what their station in life. This alone should give us a great sense of self-worth!
